The rubber stopper inside the cold for for for for is out and you cannot place that part. Would be easy to replace if you buy the rubber stopper. Can’t buy it anywhere. Very disappointed.

After what feels like a short amount of time the elastic in these clamps lost it stretch. You are unable to replace the cord. This feels like a product flaw that could be easily corrected with a little effort. Cutting cord behind clamp and tying new cord bought elsewhere as Grace doesn't offer a correction isn't pretty but does work. Throwing away clamps that are in good order just to sell move is so wasteful. Don't we do enough of that in our day-to-day lives as it is?

I have used these bungee clamps for years and have never had a problem. Granted you need to understand how to use them correctly but there are YouTube videos for that if you aren't sure how they work. I have never had the rubber piece fall out of these bungee clamps so for the person that had that happen it is atypical. For any of the people leaving reviews sometimes you have to be persistent and keep on the Grace Company until they send you a new set up bungee clamps or any customer service related issues.
